| Collateral Mortgages that contain multi-pages covenants |

| Please be advised that Collateral Mortgages that contain multi-pages covenants will no longer be exempted for registration on hard-copy format. The option in such cases will be for submitters to either submit an application for optional covenants (Form 16) to Maureen's office or to search covenants online to verify whether same or similar covenants are already registered. The Senior Land Registry Officers will no longer exempt such instruments under those circumstances. |
