Please note that in order to ensure compliance with Directive 3900-001 as to conversion of joint tenant owners where one has died prior to conversion without having had a Will registered, Registry Office staff will now strictly adhere to the instructions laid out by the Directive in question.

Please be advised that AFR submissions which do not reflect both owners on title, where one is deceased without having had a Will registered, will be rejected and returned to the subscriber for correction and resubmission, to ensure compliance with the Directive.
