Need to solve a problem in your rental unit, follow these steps:
- Call your tenant
- Make a written request to your tenant and keep a copy
- If the tenant does not address your concerns within 7 days;
Apply Online:
- Complete the application form
- Include evidence by attaching documents to your online application
- Save the reference number that appears on your screen once you submit
Note: For terminating a tenancy for the purpose of extensive renovations/repairs or to request an above guideline rent increase, landlords must apply for and receive approval from the TLRO before serving the document to the tenant.
