This service is for existing New Brunswick residents with a valid New Brunswick Medicare card providing or updating their language profile.
Your Medicare number, as well as the Medicare number of other household members.
Information such as your name, email and date of birth will be requested. By providing this information, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the information by Service NB for the specified purpose.
