Service New Brunswick is no longer accepting payments for Saint John Utilities.
For your convenience, the City of Saint John provides you with a number of options to pay your water bill.

To go to the Customer Portal, where you can create an account to pay your bill or schedule a payment: https://ipn.paymentus.com/cp/sjup
Users will be transferred to the Paymentus site* where payment data will be collected and processed. Paymentus maintains certification confirming that its site satisfies the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. The latter is the generally accepted security standard applicable internationally to payment card use.
