Application for Pesticide Approval

The following pesticide approvals are available through this online application:
A Pesticide Vendor License
A Pesticide Vendor License is required by any entity that offers for sale, sells, supplies or distributes non-domestic (commercial, agricultural, restricted, etc) pesticides to an end-user.
B Pesticide Operator License
A Pesticide Operator License is required by any entity that offers a pesticide application service for fee or reward.
C Pesticide Use Permit
All pesticide applications conducted for fee or reward, or by air, to water or for research purposes (to areas greater than five hectares) must be conducted under a Pesticide Use Permit.
D Pesticide Applicator Certification
A Pesticide Applicator Certificate is required by any individual wishing to handle (purchase, store, transport or use) non-domestic (commercial, agricultural, restricted, etc) pesticides.

  • To allow two to three weeks (minimum) for processing of this application
