The New Brunswick College of Craft and Design (NBCCD) collects personal information on its students for admission and enrolment purposes, and other activities to its training programs. It uses this information to manage its programs and services, including practicum sites. The collection of personal information is authorized under subsection 37(2) of the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (RTIPPA). NBCCD will only disclose your personal information with your consent, in accordance with paragraph 46(1)(a) of the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Exceptions: The NBCCD could lawfully disclose your personal information without your consent in specific circumstances identified in RTIPPA such as to the National Student Loans Service Centre, to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and in response to a court order or another legal provision.
