Pre-conference workshops (Monday, September 23rd) are included with your registration. If interested, select either the full-day workshop or up to 2 half-day workshops.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Refund (less 20%) if written cancellation is received before July 31, 2013.
  • Refund (less 50%) if written cancellation is received between July 31 and August 31, 2013.
  • No refunds will be granted after August 31, 2013.
  • Submit cancellations to the conference registrar.
