Becoming an e-Landlord

This page contains key information for enrolling and understanding our e-Landlord program. If you wish to create an e-Landlord account, this program will allow you the flexibility of submitting online forms 24 hours a day 7 days a week. By enlisting in the e-landlord program, in return, you will receive prompt services for all transaction types and by using your e-landlord number, we will ensure accurate results and it will eliminate errors.
Here are the different modules that would be available to you:
Electronic Funds Transfer - EFT
  • You request - The Online Remittance Form serves as your online request to SNB to debit a security deposit amount from your account
  • You authorize - Receive an e-mail notice from SNB on the next business day
  • Notify SNB of any discrepancies within 24 hours, the transaction will not be completed
  • Errors can be refunded
  • All online communications are encrypted
Centralized Payments Transactions - CPT
  • Remit security deposits to one central processing center.
  • Quality Control
  • Ensures Consistency with Tenancy Cycle
  • Reduced errors and re-works and defects
  • No more waiting in line at Service New Brunswick
Security Deposit Refund Agreement – SN7023
  • Rapid Payments
  • No need to submit claim, No need for tenant to apply for their refund
  • No request for release
  • No time elapse for due diligence
  • Using Tenancy Number and e-Landlord Number reduces your data input
  • Funds requested within 3 business days
e-CLAIMS
  • Using Tenancy Number and e-Landlord Number reduces your data input
  • Electronic tracking
  • Electronic receipt of your claim
  • Requests submitted online do not require the same process as those by fax or mail. Processing time significantly reduced.
  • No need to submit evidence unless claim is disputed.
e-RELEASES
  • As an e-Landlord we will notify you when we have a request from one of your tenants
  • Using Tenancy Number and e-Landlord Number you can electronically submit the confirmation of the end of that tenancy
Claim withdrawal form
  • As an e-Landlord you may wish to withdraw your claim against your tenant’s security deposit
  • Using Tenancy Number and e-Landlord Number you can electronically submit the withdrawal
