What you will need
To use this application, you will need the following:
- Your old New Brunswick address
- Your new physical and mailing New Brunswick address
- Your Medicare number, as well as the Medicare number of other household members having their address changed. If not all household members are changing their address, please call 1-888-762-8600 to speak to one of our customer service representatives.
Additional information and documents will be required, depending on which government services you want to update.
