If you need to exchange your driver's licence, vehicle registration, or Medicare to New Brunswick, please visit your nearest Service New Brunswick location or call 1-888-762-8600 to speak to one of our customer service representatives.

To change your address on a Photo ID card, you must present yourself at a Service New Brunswick location as there is a fee.

Eligibility

This service is for existing New Brunswick residents with a valid New Brunswick Medicare card changing their address within New Brunswick.

What you will need

Your old New Brunswick address
Your new physical and mailing New Brunswick address
Your Medicare number, as well as the Medicare number of other household members having their address changed
To update the address on a driver's licence, you will need the driver's licence number, issuance date, as well as a copy of at least two documents from the list of acceptable proof of New Brunswick residency documents

Privacy

Information such as your name, telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth will be requested. By providing this information, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the information by Service NB for the specified purpose. This information will be used by Service NB personnel for the sole purpose of processing your change of address request. See the Service NB Privacy Notice for more information.
