If all property taxes were previously paid and your account is in a credit balance, you may complete and submit this application form to request a refund.

Property tax refunds in the amount of $50.00 or less will not be issued and will remain as a credit on the account.

Please include proof of payment if made at Service New Brunswick. If the property has changed ownership, please include the Statement of Adjustments.

You will require the following information in order to complete this form:
